No WiFi or Curtains Positive: For the price, the flat was spacious and clean. The location was good. Negative: There were so many things wrong. 1. There was no WiFi even after advertising it as Free WiFi. No WiFi is unthinkable in any accommodation these days. 2. Being on the ground floor and directly opposite a busy Pub, there were no curtains on the windows, just netting. People could see directly inside when we had our lights on. 3. It was opposite a busy Pub where people stood outside chatting... Well past closing time, till around 01 am.

Positive: I booked two apartments.The upstairs apartment was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Negative: Unfortunately, the downstairs apartment was very unclean. There were spiders and spider webs everywhere, the carpet was stained, and the bed was broken. The Wi-Fi also did not work. I tried calling the person responsible several times, but there was no answer, so I was unable to get any help with these issues. Overall, the upstairs apartment was good, but the condition of the downstairs apartment and the lack of response were very disappointing.

Negative: No electricity on arrival. No hot water or heating. No WiFi or light in the bathroom.

Accommodation was of a very low standard and would NEVER use this company again Positive: Absolutely nothing Negative: We didn’t stay where we booked the place we were sent to already had people staying there. When we finally got an apartment it was more of a ‘squat’ than a holiday apartment. Stained carpets one bed was not sleepable in. No toilet roll, only one mug, the front door was rotted away so felt unsafe. Basically the whole apartment needed a lot of attention. According to two other people staying in other apartments theirs were of the same standard. I’m not sure how any company could advertise these properties to hard working people who deserve a few days away to relax. Also I was charged £60 extra for my 2 dogs but really my dogs have a much higher living standard at home I’m not sure they could have mad the property any worse. So to sum it up I paid well over what it was worth I feel ripped off and also had to pay £100 deposit. I won’t be using again most definitely going back to Air BnB

Horrid , full refund required Positive: Nothing Negative: Toilet seat broke , multiple stains on carpets , bathroom panel broken , taps on shower hard to turn on or off, only one fork in the whole of the cutlery , kitchen cupboards all the vinyl strips loose or broken , windows in poor condition , middle bedroom very smelly , staircase up to flat very dirty , late night arguments in car park kids in cars in the early hours , internet WiFi doesn’t work , rubbish bins overflowing , in to the street , absolutely awful , I will be asking for a full refund
